AN APPLE A DAY
The ‘An Apple A Day’ application is part of a research study being completed at the University of Cambridge in England. This application is an element of the project that is designed to explore how mobile technology might impact teacher efficacy by sharing research-based practices in short, easy to understand videos.
On this site you will find a page of “Daily Thought” videos providing tips for effective teaching. These “Daily Thoughts” are a series of 60-second videos divided by month and content area. These videos cover discuss best practices in classroom management, instructional strategies, planning and assessment, and virtual learning. Additionally, more complete resources are shared in the form of Supporting Videos and Supporting Articles for those who are interested in reading more detailed research-based information on any given concept.
